Financial

Currently, homeowners' dues of $84.00 are billed semiannually in January and July. We also charge a $50.00 transfer fee for any sale or refinance. Our bank is Compass Bank on Trinity Mills Road.

The Estates of Wellington Run C.A. is a not-for-profit organization. Membership is mandatory per Article XIV, Section 14.1 of the protective covenants of the Association recorded as a matter of public record with the Office of the Dallas County Clerk at Volume 95013, pages 06268 of the Deed Records.

The purposes of membership dues per Article XIV, Section 14.1 of the Covenants include:

  • Maintain all common areas of the subdivision
  • Maintain insurance upon all common area improvements
  • Defray the costs of all activities aimed at promoting the recreation, health, safety, welfare, and common benefit and enjoyment of all owners and occupants of lots within the subdivision.
Unpaid dues and assessments will constitute a charge upon the homeowner's property and will be secured by a lien in favor of the Association.
